TOPIC OVERVIEW

This presentation will cover the basics of COVID-19 issues surrounding leave requests and ADA accommodations. The webinar will also cover the legal issues on mandating that employees take the COVID-19 vaccine, including religious and ADA accommodations.

1. Enable huma resource profesionals to understand the company's obligations for granting leave under the FFCRA and the ADA.
2. Enable human resource professionals to understand COVID explicit reasonable accommodations.
3. Enable human resource professionals to understand when they may mandate that all employees be vaccinated and the religious and ADAD exceptions to the rule.
