Mentorship Program Committee

The SHRM-GT Mentorship Program’s goal is to support the chapter’s leadership development mission.

The Mentorship Program provides members with professional guidance, growth and support by pairing seasoned professionals with members wanting to develop professionally with the support and guidance of a Mentor. It creates a semi-structured environment where Mentors and Mentees partner together to achieve learning goals based on the professional interests of the Mentee. The Mentor and Mentees commit to one meeting a month for a one-year time period.

With its participant-centered approach, the Mentorship program complements more structured learning activities offered by the SHRM-GT chapter.
