The US labor markets and workforce occupational composition are changing due to shift in leading industries and changing life style caused by pandemic. This presentation will examine 2021 trends in compensation and rewards policies and explore HR practices that need re-adjustments to match market transformation.

Attendees will examine solutions to address labor supply/demand, pay equity adjustments, pay compression, pay structure design, and changes in variable pay practices.
